We read your listing's title, description, amenities, house rules and up to 40 photographs into a draft. Nothing is filed yet — you see everything we found, and anything we couldn't read is named so you know to fill it in.
Show us it's yours
Anyone can copy a public Airbnb link, so we ask for something only a host or co-host can see: your listing's calendar export link. The same link keeps your booked dates in step between the two sites.
Read it over and submit
Correct anything we got wrong, set your nightly rate in rupees, and send it. A real person reads every listing and comes to see the place before it goes into search — nothing on Iraava publishes itself.

Do I have to take my home off Airbnb?
No. Keep it there, keep your reviews, keep your direct bookings. Iraava is one more way for the right guest to find you. The only thing we ask is that the rate you give us stays the lowest publicly bookable rate for your home, so we can keep our promise to travellers.
Could the same night be booked twice?
Connect both directions and that is what the calendar link prevents: Airbnb's bookings block the dates here, and our feed blocks Iraava's bookings on Airbnb. One honest caveat — Airbnb collects imported calendars on its own timetable, usually every few hours, not the instant a booking lands. We re-read your Airbnb calendar before every booking here.
What does it cost?
Nothing to join. You give us your net nightly rate; we add our commission and platform fee and show the guest one nightly price, with GST added at checkout. You see exactly what you earn on every booking.
When am I paid?
Iraava is the merchant of record. We collect from the guest online at booking, deduct our commission along with applicable GST and TDS, and remit your net rate within seven days of checkout.
Does my listing go live straight away?
No. It reaches the team as a draft. A curator reads it and comes to see the place before it goes into search. If it isn't a fit, we'll tell you honestly.
What if the import gets something wrong?
You'll see it before anything is filed. The draft names whatever we couldn't read, and every field stays editable — the import fills the form in, you have the last word.
My link won't import.
Open your listing on airbnb.com or airbnb.co.in in a browser and copy the address from the bar — it has /rooms/ followed by a number. Short share links and custom /h/ names don't carry the listing number, so we can't read them. If it still won't come across, list from scratch; it takes a few minutes.
